Shipping & Returns


We accept payments via Direct Deposit or the secure credit card payments. You will receive an invoice direct to your email. Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared.

Cancellation of Orders

An order may only be cancelled if it has not been packed or shipped. Please send an email to detailing your order number and name to see if we can help. If the order has been shipped we will not cancel due to change of mind.


If there is a problem with your order, an error on our behalf or product that has been damaged in transit, please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order, via email at so we can help straight away. Please send photos of the damage, photo of the courier label on the box, along with your order number and name to the email above. 

Shipping and Dispatch

We ship World Wide and shipping price will be calculated separately. This will be added to your invoice before shipment.

Depending on stock levels, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. If we are out of stock you will be notified via email with a date when you can expect dispatch.

If you live locally on the Gold Coast you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order from us directly.
